When life is busy and you feel stressed, it’s easy to forget the little things that make you feel good. There are lots of small things that you can do to calm your mind. Here are some suggestions:
- spend time with good friends
- go for a run or walk
- cook your favourite food
- soak in a bath
- do nothing
- listen to music you love
- email, text or write a note to a friend
- take your dog for a walk
- go to the beach and watch the sunset
- watch your favourite TV programme.
