Sometimes we are our own worst critics, so be kind to yourself. You work hard, you have achieved heaps and it often takes effort to stay on track.

Giving yourself affirmations can be a way to help you stay positive and be kind to yourself. Affirmations are words or sayings to help you or give you inspiration. Here are a few:

  • If it’s to be, it’s up to me.
  • Act like the person you want to become. Fake it, until you make it.
  • Just DO it!
  • If you don’t decide what you want out of life, someone else will decide for you.
  • True wealth is what you are, not what you have.
  • I can do this.
  • Find a job you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.
  • Don’t be afraid to go out on a limb, that’s where the fruit is.
  • FEAR is False Expectations Appearing Real.
