Learning and career plans are a record of a student’s learning, career and personal goals. They include planned actions for achieving goals and a plan review.
Learning and career planning encourages the development of career management skills across the life-span. Successful planning relies on a substantial career education programme base to provide the learning outcomes for students.
This model of a learning and career plan is designed for Year 10 students. Schools can choose to use this with other year groups or adapt the Word documents here, to suit their current career education programmes.
