Tips for staying motivated

If you wake up and feel as though you just can’t get through the day, stay in bed!

But! While you are there, visualise:

  • getting out of bed – you are keen and motivated
  • eating a healthy breakfast
  • getting dressed – what clothes are you putting on?
  • saying positive things to your flatmates
  • setting SMARTER goals to achieve what you want to today
  • getting to your study
  • having a great day
  • things going well
  • the end of the day
  • getting into bed and feeling good because you have had a great day.

What will you need to do to achieve that great feeling? Plan it before you even get out of bed.
