We all tolerate little things that annoy us; a messy car, an untidy room, dishes always in the sink and so on. However, when we are stressed or feeling down, the things we just tolerate can soon seem overwhelming.
Eliminate what’s bugging you. Think about what you are tolerating in your life and start setting some goals to eliminate them. Here are some tips to help you:
- List the top 10 things that annoy you.
- Identify the ones you want to change.
- Visualise how you will feel when you have eliminated them and write down the benefits to you.
- Set some SMARTER goals to help you eliminate them.
If you want an ordinary life, you will accept the need to tolerate things, but do you want an ordinary life or an extraordinary life?
