The sections of Pathfinder are as follows:
Get Ready
Understanding your career needs. This section helps you think about your career needs. It provides an explanation of what makes up your career, and articles for you to read and consider.
About Me
Building your personal profile. This section helps you describe your interests, likes and experiences. You will need to complete questionnaires and activities to build your personal profile.
Get Career Ideas
Generating career ideas. This section allows you to use your personal profile to generate career ideas. You can explore information about these ideas and then select the ones you like as your career favourites.
Sort Career Ideas
Sorting your career favourites. In this section you can sort, organise and/or compare your favourites.
Make My Plan
Creating your career plan. In this section you can read about career plans and use a set of activities to set your career goals and action steps. This step will assist you to create your own career plan. You can also follow your progress against the plan over time.
Achieve My Goals
Implementing your plan. This section provides practical advice to help you achieve your career goals.
My Progress
Setting your career direction. This section provides you with a summary of your personal profile and your preferred career favourites. You are encouraged to reflect on your progress, record your thoughts and feelings then use your summary to help you develop your career plan. You can also follow your progress against the plan over time.
