Personal qualities
An introductory handout to explain what personal qualities are and why it is useful for the student to think about them.
My personal qualities
An exercise for the student to select their own personal qualities from a bank of words. Two variations are provided for junior and senior students.
Career idol
A worksheet that asks students to think of someone they admire and write down their personal qualities. The student then completes one for themselves.
Qualities word search
A word search that contains a range of words that can describe personal qualities.
My personal shield
This graphical shield is provided so that students can draw or write about themselves to make their own personal shield.
Values
An introductory handout explaining the concept of values and how values can influence career decisions.

Two variations on a theme for junior and senior students. Students are presented with a range of values statements and are asked to rate how important the values are to them.
Balancing my time
Designed for senior students. An exercise to help students work out what percentage of time they spend on different tasks in a 24-hour day.
