When you’re first starting out in the world of work, the most important thing you can show employers is a willing attitude!

Get proactive and organize your own work, instead of waiting to be told each step. Employers won’t expect you to have a huge range of technical skills, but they will want you to work well in a team, be adaptable and help out wherever you’re needed.

These are great things to highlight on your cv, whether you’ve used them in the classroom, with your whanau or even on the sports field!
