Before you get into training, remember to think about the future of a job or industry.  It’s good to follow your interests, but if there aren’t any jobs at the end you could be wasting your time - and money.

So think about the demand for the skills you want to develop: Is there a shortage, or an oversupply? Can you take the skills with you overseas if you decide to travel? And what about the chance of self-employment in the future?
